Nothing you will drink or eat comes from city supermarkets, all from farm source. I’m Paul your private chef who travelled, cooked & ate my way around Spain. I design your menu with you ahead of time. Typical dishes could be 25 day old baby lamb or pig, bulls tail slowly cooked for 8 hours in wine n herbs from the land. Even River fish, or La Mancha egg plants, vegetables from my garden. I cook to Michelin star standard but I will never want a Michelin star as I refuse to work in a restaurant. Most star chefs on TV are rude and disrespectful to other chefs and kitchen staff (Mr Rhodes ). I only cook for you in my private home by the 10th century castle.
