We usually introduce the world of Evo, cultivars, health benefits and then we move on to make an extra virgin olive oil tasting of 4 or 6 Evos. Extra virgin olive oil tasting is followed by wine tasting and a light lunch or dinner to appreciate traditional Tuscan cooking. All the activities are held personally by me, Evo expert and food & wine consultant, in English, French, and Spanish.

This is a wonderful horse back riding in the Tuscan countryside both for beginners and experienced riders. You will be associated with the perfect horse for you, according to your experty level.
