After about 2-3 hours of game viewing, you will stop at one of the camps for a quick break, before continuing with your game drive and return to Hazyview. Guaranteed Private open safari vehicle with an experienced guide This private afternoon game drive can be booked from 1 to 10 guests per open safari vehicle. This tour focus on the waterholes and normal drinking places where animals go when it is hot. Your guide will take good care of you and will be aware of what was seen in the morning so any worthwhile sighting will be on the menu. A comfort stops a viewpoint or camp is included to stretch your legs and get something to drink. Comfort breaks are done to stretch your legs and take a bathroom break. Meals are for your own account restaurants and shops available in the Kruger National Park camps. The entrance fee is not included in the rate and can be paid in cash on entry to avoid any delays at the entrance gate. Please have ID/Passport handy on entry.

The Panorama Route tour travels via the spectacular scenery of Kowyn’s Pass to Graskop the southernmost point of the Blyde River Canyon. Gorge Lift, which descends 51m to the bottom of the gorge in a glass-fronted elevator. Enjoy an interpretative tour through the indigenous forest along the wooden walkways and suspension bridges with interactive exhibits. Face your fear during the tour and add the Zipline or Big Swing Please note that adding this activity might reduce the number of sites visited due to timing. Drive along the edge of the escarpment which plunges down 1,000m and more to the Lowveld. Making for magnificent viewpoints including God’s Window. The Panorama Tour visits well known sites in an air-conditioned vehicle with a qualified guide who has good knowledge of the area. Spectacular views of the Blyde River Canyon, and out over the endless Lowveld beyond will not disappoint. Guests are taken along the edge of the escarpment to look out points offering magnificent views, including God’s Window, Wonderview and the Three Rondawels. Along the route guests visit the famous Bourke’s Luck Potholes – deep cylindrical cavities formed by thousands of years of water erosion at the confluence of the Blyde and Treur Rivers. At lunchtime the tour will stop in Graskop for guests to enjoy lunch at a restaurant, and, if time permits, browse the many curio stalls and shops in this little village. South of Graskop, where the Sabie River rises there are many beautiful waterfalls which we will visit whilst making our way back to Hazyview. Bottled mineral waters are provided during the journey.
