Driving along rolling hills and cypress-lined roads, we focus on discovering high-quality Pecorino cheese and Tuscan red wines. Our first stop is Montepulciano, a city of Renaissance palaces, ancient churches, and charming squares. Guests will have 1 hour of free time to explore its hidden corners and enjoy panoramic views. Next, we visit Montalcino, a medieval village famed for Brunello wine. After 1 hour of free time to wander, a local winery hosts a guided tour of the cellar, followed by a relaxing lunch pairing typical Tuscan dishes with their Brunello wines, completing an unforgettable experience in Val d’Orcia.

Discover the highlights of Chianti Classico while riding through Tuscany’s backroads in a Land Rover Defender. There is a special kind of magic in driving along Tuscany’s hidden gravel roads, le strade bianche, as we call them—beautiful shortcuts winding through vineyards, olive groves, and deep woods, offering breathtaking views. Along these routes, we will visit three different wineries, from small family-owned estates to major producers of the area. In the second winery, guests will also enjoy a light lunch paired with selected wines. We will explore not only the natural beauty of the region but also some of the most prestigious wines in Tuscany: Chianti Classico and all its appellations, learning the secrets of production from the vines to the glass. The meeting point is at our office in Castellina in Chianti.

Culinary tradition is a protagonist of Tuscan culture, and a major part of the experience visiting the region. We will be hosted in an organic farm, in the heart of Chianti Classico area. A typical farmhouse where a Tuscan family lives since many generations. It’s a charming set up, surrounded by rows of vines, olive groves, flowers and vegetable gardens. Here we will have to roll our sleeves up and start cooking our meal. With the help of a local Tuscan Lady you will learn traditional secrets of our cuisine as well as cooking techniques. Success is guaranteed. Starters like bruschettas and crostini, cold cuts, cheeses and their pairing with honeys and jams. Pasta, and its fascinating world. We will make our own fresh home-made pasta from scratches, the old-fashioned way with a wooden rolling pin! Together we will embark on a journey going back in time to discover the fascinating history of one of the greatest Medieval cities in Italy. We will follow the routes walked by ancient pilgrims, admire architectural jewels, such as the wonderful Duomo and the stunning shell-shaped Campo Square, we will visit St Dominic's Church talking about one of the greatest and most incredible women of Medieval Europe, St Catherine from Siena, and we will also get lost in a maze of hidden spots and lovely corners off the beaten track. Last but not least, we will unlock the secrets of Siena's most ancient tradition, the Palio horse race, and of its so-called Contradas (districts), which are the 17 beaten hearts of this proud, strong, and still very authentic beautiful city. IMPORTANT: the tour schedule in the system is 10am and 15pm, but the tour times can be arranged directly with the guide upon request.
