The Montevecchio Isolani winery has been producing wine since 1456, it is one of the oldest wineries in the Bolognese hills. The company extends over 13 hectares of vineyards located 210 meters above sea level, on the first slopes of the Emilian Apennines, on land clay-sandy sedimentary under the municipality of Monte San Pietro. It falls in the Pignoletto DOCG area of the Bolognesi hills. The main cultivated varieties are: Grechetto gentle, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
