It falls in the Pignoletto DOCG area of the Bolognesi hills. The main cultivated varieties are: Grechetto gentle, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. We have always been respectful of the environment and our land and use good agricultural practices compliant with the organic method for which we obtained certification in 2016.

You will start your day by visiting a dairy farm to learn something new about the production processes of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, from cows to wheels. The visit will be held directly by the producer's staff, so none of your questions will remain unanswered. The tour is followed by a guided tasting.
