The Golden Circle Express Tour is ideal for those on a business trip or other limited time but still want to visit some of Iceland’s most popular attractions. The express tour includes the main attractions of the famous Golden Circle route, such as Thingvellir National Park, the site where the Icelandic parliament was founded in 930, and the split between American and Eurasian tectonic plates. A visit to Aurora Basecamp increases the chance of visitors to have a positive experience of the Northern Lights during their stay in Iceland. This is a 5 hour tour to see three places fairly close to Reykjavik used as film locations for the popular HBO Game of Thrones television series. This is one of the most popular routes in Iceland and for apparent reason.. there is a lot of different landscapes close to each other. We'll take you for a journey where you'll see one of the most beautiful non tropical beaches with black sand, we'll drive next to one of them most powerful volcanoes - including famous Eyjafjallajökull that has paralysed sky traffic during it's eruption at 2010. You'll be shown visible proof to climate changes one of Mýrdalsjökull glacier tongues that is melting rapidly. We'll visit one of the biggest waterfalls in country that was a site for few film sets and then we would drive to another 2 waterfalls where af first we would walk behind one of them and then we would get in to a a small canyon to see another one.
