Imbros gorge is located south of Lefka Ori mountains and take around 3 hours to cross. The hike starts from Imbros village. We will drop you off at the entrance, then pick you up at the end. Our driver will not hike with you. Its around 2 hours driving each way. Most of the hike is in the shade with a narrow trail that cannot be lost. It's good to have a sufficient supply of water and hat. Imbros gorge is a small version of Samaria gorge. The scenery is breathtaking, ideal for nature lovers and wildlife watchers. We believe its the best hike for children from 10 years old and half the size of demanding Samaria gorge. After Imbros we could visit Frangokastello beach or do a wine or olive oil tour/tasting for an hour. You can choose one option. Seitan Limania Beach, also known as Stefanou Beach, is a stunning hidden gem located on the Akrotiri Peninsula near Chania, Crete. Knossos, the center of Minoan civilization and the capital of Minoan Crete is worth a visit. Knossos was the prosperous Minoan Capital and the residence of King Minos. Some believe, that the intricate Palace with its many rooms was the mythical labyrinth. By discovering the site not too long ago, archaeologists found the first of all advanced civilizations in Europe. In the archaeological museum of Heraklion, you will find the largest collection of Minoan findings. The tour to Knossos is offered in two different ways. The classical tour where you visit the excavations of Knossos and the archaeological museum in Heraklion. On this tour you have the possibility to visit the center of Heraklion too, where you can enjoy a lunch or do some shopping.

Knossos is the heart of the Minoan civilization, the first civilization in Europe dating from 3000BC. I will transfer you from Chania to Knossos at Heraklio with 1-2 stops for 2-2,5 hours. Depending on your interest we can visit either an oil factory or Armeni Minoan cemetery near Rethymno. Will visit Knossos for more than an hour, then drive to the archaeological museum and spend another hour inside. We will have lunch for an hour and then drive back to Chania for 2-2,5 hours. A unique experience to live like a Cretan for a day. We start our car tour at 8.30 departing from your accommodation and going towards the traditional village in the countryside called Platane. It's at a high altitude, so you might need to bring a light jacket with you. Though, the view is amazing and will take your breath away! At 10.00 we will offer you a traditional treat of the house and then we will take a 3 hour-walk within the village and its forest or you can choose to go on the route with the olive, chestnut trees and vineyards. At 13.00 you will have traditional lunch from the housewives of the village. You may let us know about any food allergies or preferences. After lunch we will depart at 14.00 to the beaches of Tavronitis and Maleme. There, you can take a swim until 15.30 and be back to your accommodation by 16.30. ALL TRIPS START FROM CHANIA.
