Hi, I'm Fran from Mr. Winery. We want you to live Mendoza as a local: wines, flavors and unique landscapes prepared for you. Start your experience with a private chauffeur who will pick you up at your accommodation and take you to the planned cellars for the day. The visit to Bodega Bombal begins in front of its vineyards, with an introduction to the terroir that gives rise to its wines. Then you will tour its facilities and get to know the elaboration process, ending with a tasting to appreciate the essence and character of the winery. Then you will visit the Pasrai Olive Tree, a space that fuses history, passion and local products of first quality. You will discover artisan olive oil, from the care of olive trees to the extraction of its most authentic flavors. Finally, they will arrive at Bodega Esencia 1870, where they will enjoy a 4-step Creole menu accompanied by a pairing of young wines from the house.

The tour consists of a tour through the high mountains, in a group car and with a driver specifically designated for the client, who will not only be the one who takes them but also who accompanies them and helps them learn, from their experience, the route traveled. We will visit Potrerillos, Puente del Inca and Aconcagua; Lunch will take place in places close to these points and finally you will attend Entre Dos, an alfajores factory where you can have a delicious mid-afternoon thanks to its typical alfajores. The itinerary will be put together with schedules adjusted to your liking and can be modified if desired with recommendations that the client makes to us. IMPORTANT - Costs of sites visited will be the responsibility of the client.

You will experience a full day regional tour. The activity will begin in the Front Mountain Range -at 2,400 meters above sea level- with a low-difficulty 3-hour hike. During the tour we will get to know the typical way of life of the locals, with their livestock and their pace of life, so different from that of the city. We will also see local wildlife: condors, guanacos and foxes. And as we reach higher altitudes, we will be amazed by the great views of Potrerillos, its dam and the pre-mountain range. Anything else? Of course, here is the best part: upon finishing the hike, we will arrive at the authentic mountain hut of Daniel, our gaucho friend. There we will be welcomed for a delicious asado criollo, with the best Argentinean meat. Although if you would rather not eat meat, and we will prepare a vegetarian menu for you which –we are not lying– is so tasty that we always have to plan some extra servings… And the must-try: we will serve our asado with pure-bred Mendoza wine.

We fish on a fast moving river stream, teeming with rainbow and brown trout. This excursion takes you to the most beautiful, isolated valleys with private rivers. This excursion is perfect for beginners and enthusiasts. We start with your pick up at your hotel in Mendoza and we will head towards a mountain ranch in Uco Valley. We fish trout all day watched by desert fox, distant puma and condors and at 2pm we have a barbecue lunch with beef, salads and fine wines.
