It’s a small group expedition that immerses you into the history, culture and food of Northern Mexico. You will immerse yourself in the history of Mata Ortiz pottery while buying some of the finest pottery in the world. We’ll then travel on the world famous El Chepe train as it winds through Copper Canyon en route to Creel Chihuahua where you will visit caves dwellings that are still called home to many Tarahumara Indians. The 2,400 acre Tortolia Preserves features 9 miles of trails. The trails are relatively flat with some ups and downs included. You get the thrill of mountain biking through the Sonoran Desert without a steep climb.

Our tours are lead by guides experienced with the Sonoran desert who are very knowable about the flora and history of the area. We also are trained in helping hikers with physical issues and support these needs. We have nurses and OTAs as guides. We also have the ability to customize the hike to your needs.

Both Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon are in the Catalina Mountain Range. Ventana Canyon trail starts with an easy climb but becomes more rigorous a couple of miles in. A climb to maiden pools has a 4475 ascent with a mazing panoramic views along the way. Sabino Canyon has 15 hiking trails from easy to difficult. There is often water in the canyon. Seven Falls hike crosses the creek 7 times and ends at a water falls. Phone line trail gets you to 3600 ft with amazing views of the canyon and the surrounding area.
