Day 1: Arrival in Boulder
Our adventure begins with a scenic drive to Boulder to settle into the extraordinary Rock House. We'll enjoy a farm to table dinner from the Homestead, then an optional stargazing experience.
Day 2: Capitol Reef & Culinary Delights
Explore the backcountry of Capitol Reef National Park, personally guided by Grant, a 30-year local expert. After a memorable trailside lunch, a culinary treat awaits: dinner at Hell's Backbone Grill, a renowned James Beard-nominated restaurant.
Day 3: Grand Staircase Exploration
Grant again leads a spectacular day hike into the vast Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Again lunch will be included on the trail. After returning, an optional dinner at ____
Day 4: Ancient History & Homeward Bound
