This 4 hour South Maui kayak and snorkel eco-adventure is No Ka Oi! Enjoy the calm and clear waters of Turtle Town where you will encounter an abundance of green sea turtles, occasional dolphin sightings, and dozens of species of vibrant tropical fish.

This class is primarily for wheel throwing although we can modify the class to meet your preferences.
The focus of this class is I learning the basic foundations for how to make pottery on the wheel.
The class is taught in phases: centering, opening, and pulling. After each segment of the demonstration the students will practice what they have learned and we will move on as a group.

This excursion is designed for people who are certified divers. We will meet at one of the lovely dive sites located in the Wailea/Makena area of South Maui. We will have a safety briefing, and afterwards go out on an underwater adventure. Highlights of dives here include turtles, rays, sharks, eels, crustaceans, and lots of tropical fish and reefs. Pictures of your excursion are included. A second dive at a second dive site may be added as well for a fee.

I am a NAI certified guide with over 300 sunrises on Haleakala and 200 loops around Hana. My Father-in-law is John Keanaaina Hoku award winning music artist. He has bee in Hawaii since the 1940s and his feelings about Hawaii might surprise you. I’m also CDL licensed and usually have 25 people on a tour. The fact that it’s just our group gives a much deeper experience and the lack of crying infants is always a bonus.. I have studied photography and will take hundreds of photos and also make you a video at the end of the day. This excursion is designed for people who have never tried diving to get a feel for it. It consists of an in depth theory lesson, the practice of some shallow water skills, and then an open water dive. No prior dive experience is necessary. If you do enjoy it as much as we hope you will, you can use your dive and your skills towards the PADI Open Water certification. You must complete a medical questionnaire (we will provide) prior to your excursion and have the ability to swim. Previous experience snorkeling is recommended.
This whale watching tour is 2.5 hours long with a maximum of 6 guests. Our small groups make every seat a front row seat as you enjoy whale watching and educational talks from our marine naturalist onboard. Our vessels are safe, travel quickly to find whales and a fun ride for the whole family.
See Humpback Whales that have traveled 3000 miles from Alaska to give birth and mate in the protected Maui Nui sanctuary off Lahaina where the waters are known for being warm and calm.
