Your kayaking tour is located on one of the most diverse estuaries in the country with over 4000 plant and animal spices. You may see exotic wildlife you have not see before. It is the home of the protected Manatee, Bottle nose Dolphins, Mangroves and jumping fish called Mullet. Many birds call this home also like Great Blue Herons, Little Blue Herons, Tri Colored Heron, Green Herons, Great Egret, Snowy Egret, White Ibis, Osprey, Terns and Brown Pelicans just to name a few. Sunset is a magical time on the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. There is movement everywhere. Dolphins are rounding up their dinner, manatees are moving into the shallows to find a comfortable spot to spend the night. As the light fades and the sky ignites with dynamics color, “Mullethead Island,” a federally protected rookery, buzzes with activity as many of the refuge’s 358 unique bird species flock above you to their protected nests for the night. Typical species to expect include Ibis, herons, egrets, pelicans, cormorants, and roseate spoonbills, all set to the backdrop of rocket launch pads and iconic NASA landscape. Launch into your escape.

We depart from the amazing Brevard Veteran's Memorial Park & Museum, so if you have extra time before or after the tour, you can enjoy the museum.. admission is free!

This is a beginner level paddle, great for all ages. You will be kayaking on the Indian River lagoon. One of the best places to kayak in the area. There is a lot to see while kayaking here, Manatees, Dolphins and remote Islands.

This will be a fun laid back session. You will be able to get photos with your whole family along with the smaller groups/one on one photos. The online gallery will allow you to download and print your images however you wish. Sneak peeks of the session will be posted on Instagram/Facebook 24 hours after the session.

CLEAR KAYAKS! We'll get you checked in right when you arrive to allow for the most possible time on the water! Once you're all checked in, we'll give some basic paddle instructions and information about the tour ahead. The paddle will last about an hour and a half depending on the speed of our group and any wildlife we may see along the way. Bioluminescence is the emission of light by a living organism. When the organisms move in the water they create a beautiful glowing effect. This means that you can see fish underwater by the glow that they give off as they swim, your paddle will glow as you maneuver the waterways, and the natural flow of water will illuminate these organisms. The great thing about paddling in our clear kayaks is that you can also see the glowing directly below you! Paddling in a clear kayak will enhance your bioluminescence viewing experience by a long shot!
