Lunch at Ajuy: After your exploration, enjoy a delicious, rich sandwich lunch provided for you at the cliffs of the charming village of Ajuy. The basic course is aimed at all those who have never tried before and at the same time for those who have already had a very short experience of a few days and want to improve the bases necessary to move to the next level. The requirements are: being in good general health, knowing how to swim and a minimum age of 6 years. The aim of the course is to surf the first foam waves independently and safely and to learn basic theoretical and practical knowledge such as positioning on the board, paddling, take-off, weather-marine knowledge, how to overcome the waves, how to spin on foams, weight management and more! Within this course, we follow small groups of up to 6 students for each instructor so that all students can be followed with the utmost care and in complete safety. The course lasts about 4 hours, including transport times, and the practical part in the water will be about 1.5 / 2 hours.
