The first hiking trail up Lion’s Head is the Lion’s Head Chains. This route is a steep section of vertical rock for about 12 meters supported by chains. It is a route that is possible for beginners and advanced hikers. The second, easier route up Lion’s Head is the Spiral Route. This route has excellent view of the beaches and city alike.
