We must meet at 1:00 pm in the Plaza de Armas (we will pick you up at your hotel). After touring the cathedral, we will walk through the streets of the Incas from the Plaza de Armas to Q’oricancha (Temple of the Sun), where we will observe the construction methods of Inca culture and Catholicism. Inside Q’oricancha, you will visit four venues dedicated to different deities (sun, moon, stars and rays). Then we will take a bus to the majestic archaeological site of Sacsayhaman where we will participate in a guided tour. Humantay Lake Trek is one of Peru’s most scenic 1 day treks to Humantay Lake drive through the local indigenous villages of Iscuchaca and Limatambo keeping the Inca traditions alive.
