After spending the night in our private lodge (Rainforest) we continue 3 hours by boat to Amazon lodge deep in the jungle, visiting hot springs on the way. We sleep in a tree house besides a mammals clay lick to watch out for tapirs, deers and other animals. The following day we explore the primary rainforest (untouched) with a chance to see many monkey species, birds like parrots and an unbelievable variability of plants like giant trees, palms and medical plants. We end the day with a night-walk to observe spiders (tarantulas), insects, frogs and snakes. On the last day we return to Cusco by boat and bus.
