It is inhabited by a Berber population that has lived in Morocco for thousands of years and has preserved its customs and traditions over time. Our first stop will be at a vantage point offering an extraordinary panoramic view of the green fields DE vegetables and DE cereals, as well as DE fodder and olive trees, whose oil is a typical DE the valley product. Then there will be a stop at the argan oil cooperative to get a full explanation of how these Berber women work to break argan nuts by hand and squeeze them between two special stones, using the technique they have been using for centuries.
