Our excursion focuses exclusively on Teotihuacan. We do not cram additional sites to speed through Teotihuacan. This trip is for individuals that want ample time in Teotihuacan to appreciate the archaeological site. The majority of the trip is in Teotihuacan and its surroundings. We include almost anything you can think of that you will need throughout the day. You should be able to hop on the transport and worry about just exploring throughout the day.

Bread is one of the most important elements of Mexican gastronomy. Together we will discover how easy and delicious it is to create Mexican bread. You can choose to create the delicious bread of the dead, which is made specifically during the seasons of October and November, as it is used as an offering for our deceased saints on the holiday known as Day of the Dead. Or we can create the bread known as "concha", delicious and timeless, soft and fluffy. We can create it in its traditional flavors, vanilla and chocolate. Or we can innovate, if you have a flavor in mind we can create it. At the end of the class you will take with you the delicious recipes and a bit of Mexican gastronomy. We want you to live the whole Mexican experience. After we pick you up, we will head to the local Market in the colourful neighbourhood of Coyoacán where the chef will be waiting for you. We will start with a traditional breakfast (included) at a quesadillas and tacos place. Then we will buy all the ingredients that you will need for your menu (previously selected by you). Once we have all ingredients we will go to the Chef's house where we will start with the cooking course. As you will be tired and thirsty, we will also include a small Mezcal tasting, and you will be able to try 3 different mezcals with the proper explanation. To finish this experience, you will eat all you cooked with the chef and interchange opinions of what you learned. One of the most wanted experiences due to the approach you have with lots of local people. You have to select one appetizer, one starter, one main course, one dessert and one beverage option.

Once all the passengers have gathered, we will leave for Parque España where we will walk for a few minutes and enjoy a coffee, chocolate and churros. Later we will go to the Frida Kahlo Museum to learn about her history in detail. Later we will walk through Coyoacán, a traditional colonial setting in Mexico City. We will visit the San Juan Bautista Church, a beautiful old church that houses sculptures and paintings. Then we will go to the Ciudad Universitaria Stadium where we will find the murals of Diego Rivera and Juan O'gorman. Then we will move on to the Azteca Stadium, a venue that captivated Pele and Pope John Paul II. Finally, we will arrive at Xochimilco, where we will enjoy a trajinera ride on its natural water channels. During this 1-hour ride, you will be able to eat, drink and enjoy traditional Mexican music such as mariachis. At the end of the tour, we will head to the meeting point to end the tour.
