This class will be held at Yakimochi, a Japanese restaurant in Akihabara. In this class, a chef from the restaurant will teach you how to make traditional tofu. You will also learn how to use okara (tofu pulp) in dishes. The class includes recipes and teaches you all the steps, so you can make tofu yourself at home. Please be amazed by the deliciousness of freshly made tofu and the dashi(broth) soaked into the okara. After the two-hour class, take a 10-minute walk to a local shopping district where you can buy ingredients. We'll visit Suehiro-dori Shopping Street and Satake-dori Shopping Street, the oldest shopping street in Tokyo. Here, you will find a variety of traditional Japanese ingredients.
