This 6 hour Tokyo walking tour includes a 1-hour lesson on how to make traditional Japanese sweets, Wagashi! Wagashi dates back to the Edo period. These sweets are usually made by kneading and mixing sweetened white bean jam, Japanese yam, and glutinous rice flour. The sweets are designed after the traditional Japanese seasons and calendar.
