In this experience, you can freely ask questions and take as many photos as you like during the tea ceremony. You will also create a matcha tea bowl using a traditional Japanese pottery technique called the "kurinuki" method. The experience includes a small dish as a gift, which you can use to enjoy sweets for tea ceremony at home. This double workshop is offered in our studio, a century-old two-storey building located in the Ikuno Ward. It is a very local area in Osaka, so exploring around here after the experience would be interesting and enjoyable. The bowl will be sent to the address provided after 2 months, shipping costs are NOT included in the price of the experience.

Currently, I run a ramen shop in Osaka, and I will rent out the shop for participants outside of business hours and teach them how to make ramen. I will prepare the soup and noodles because they take time to make. You can choose your favorite flavor of ramen and choose your favorite toppings. Finally, eat the ramen you made yourself and you're done.

2.5-hour sushi-making lesson takes place. Watch as your instructor prepares sushi rice, followed by a demo on how to make sushi the professional way, which includes rolling sashimi (thinly sliced raw fish) and other fresh ingredients into dried seaweed called nori. Even if this is your first sushi making experience, you will be amazed at how wonderful it is! You'll also make yakitori (grilled chicken) as a side dish. Skewer fresh chicken thighs yourself and grill them with a savory sauce. You'll learn miso soup from scratch. Your instructor will give you knowledge of ingredients to take Japanese broth.
