We have saying "Ichigen-san Okotowari" which means even though Japanese people are not allowed to get in Ochaya for the first sight. Someone familiar with the place and has trust from them needs to introduce you. This is the reason why I take time for dinner with you and explain the details and culture before getting in Ochaya. I believe that would help you enjoy the time with Maiko and Geiko more, and of corse, the perfect dine experience will also be such a wonderful time!
