Rita will talk you through the process of how tofu is made from soy beans and describe the variety of products that can be made from it (please note that you will not see the process of making tofu, because the manufacturing starts early in the morning). During your hands-on cooking class, you will have the opportunity to help prepare and taste the unique ingredients and seasonings that form the foundation of Japanese cuisine.
