Your first stop is at a bee-keeping farm where you'll find out about the fascinating world of the apiary. Spend some time observing the bees with an expert beekeeper, then taste three different types of honey. Next, we'll head to Lake Molveno, a glorious splash of turquoise at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll have free time to take a dip in the lake or perhaps explore the lake by kayak, pedalo, e-boat or paddleboad. You could opt to take the cable car for stunning views of the lake from above, go for a scenic walk or simply find a spot for lunch in the pretty lakeside town.
We'll finish off at the Marzadro Distillery, where you'll learn about the process of making liqueurs. There's a guided tour of the facility and an explanation of the distillation process, then you'll have a tasting of a selection of liqueurs. The experience takes place in the home of a local professional Wine Taster from ONAV (the Italian Association of Wine Tasters).
Together with your host you will:
- Learn the basic techniques of wine tasting in order to detect and enjoy its different notes and aromas
- Taste 3 different regional wines and discover their characteristics.
The tasting session includes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Soave and Prosecco di Valdobbiadene (or similar wines).
The wine tasting will be paired with savory regional food: a table of cold cuts and cheese or vegetarian appetizers.

If your arrival is from another town on Lake Garda you can consider arriving by ferry directly to the port of Peschiera del Garda. The meeting will be located about 2 km from the port. For those arriving by car parking is convenient along the road or directly at the port.
The Amarone 2005 tasting is an interesting experience because it allows you to taste an old vintage of Amarone to compare with the current sales vintage. In addition to the amarone you will wine Sin Cero a wine without added sulphites, our valpolicella classico (Iperico), our valpolicella classico superiore (iltabarro), our valpolicella classico superiore ripasso and the Morar Amarone DOC 2010 Bio.
The whole cellar is certified organic and in the vineyard is managed biodynamically. It will be explained what it means and why it is important to have a respectful attitude of the vineyards and the environment.
