The Stand up paddle course takes place in two phases: the first level, with the flat sea; second level, with the waves where you will learn to ride the waves with the S.U.P. The Surf Course is practiced when there are storms, our qualified I.S.A instructors will inform you when it is possible to surf and you can enter the water safely with us, learn the main maneuvers and use surfskate as a training method outside the waterfall.
