Semi Private Pizza Making Class with Wine and Focaccia and Suppli
Enjoy this exclusive pizza, suppli, and focaccia making class in a small group of six guests, with an amazing cooking instructor from MasterChef Italia! The class is held in our new, luxury kitchen, part of our high-end, custom-built cooking school. You'll be welcomed with a traditional Roman aperitivo of refreshingly chilled prosecco, and a platter of appetisers including olives, and a selection of cheeses and cured meat. Then, with your chef-instructor, you will learn to prepare authentic Roman dough to make the traditional “teglia” pizza and focaccia. Next you'll make supplì, a popular staple of Roman streetfood. A deep fried rice ball with tomato sauce and melty mozzarella in the middle. Lastly, no Roman meal is complete without a sweet treat or dessert. Here you'll learn to make Nutella-filled dough pockets. Afterwards, enjoy eating with your fellow guests with a glass of wine and limoncello.
