Just a few minutes drive from Bellagio, an elegant restaurant in Bellagio is home to the award-winning imaginative Chef Luigi. Chef Luigi is humble and energetic as he talks about using local ingredients and teaches his hands-on pasta cooking class in his family-owned restaurant. Before the class, relax for a moment with a cup of coffee or cappuccino and then get ready for the cooking class. The hands-on cooking lesson begins at 10:30 am and focuses on creating homemade pasta, packed with fresh ingredient. Afterwards, enjoy your lunch on the terrace.

Dive into nature just outside Como city by entering Lake Como natural park "Spina Verde" and cross the border with Switzerland by bike. The tour begins in Como city, you will immediately be away from traffic and you will start climbing to reach an amazing panoramic balcony in Spina Verde park overlooking the lake and the city of Como. Each guest will have a workstation at their disposal to work with all the ingredients and utensils available. I will teach the techniques to obtain pasta that is easy to work with and good to eat. We will prepare the proposed recipes together and I will show you the various possibilities in which you can season your fresh pasta. Our course will end with the preparation of a classic coffee tiramisu which will be prepared by you in a single portion. I also propose vegetarian menus to be agreed in advance.
