We have a varied and rich vegetable garden, cared for with love which will be at your disposal to collect vegetables and perfumes from the earth.

After a walk along the ancient port, the tour continues to the Egnazia Excavations, a Roman archaeological site, and the Lama d'Antico rock park, characterized by caves and settlements. In Speziale, a picnic stop among the olive trees offers local products at km 0. Continue towards Cisternino and Locorotondo, two of the most fascinating villages in the Itria Valley. After a visit to the Salumificio Santoro, we cross the Selva di Fasano, and then return to Polignano a Mare for a cooking class, learning how to prepare orecchiette, focaccia and almond cakes, the perfect end to a day immersed in Apulian culture.
