The Super Jeeps are specially modified here in Iceland to get you to remote areas regular cars can´t go. Being able to snorkel in the Silfra fissure is a privilege that mother nature literally opened up for us. Silfra is a big 'crack' in the ground located in Thingvellir on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge formed as two tectonic plates move apart from each other. The benefits of choosing the wetsuit option is you can dive down and have the most unique perspective, seeing above and below the water. This choice is popular for scuba divers who do not have the required certifications for the scuba dive. If you're not a confident swimmer then the drysuit can be a better option. Prior experience snorkeling/ diving will help you greatly to dive down but is not necessary. You can book the drysuit option on another listing for you or other people in your group for the same time tour. We always have small groups, 6 people per guide. This allows for a more closer and personal feel. If you have a group of 7 or more you can be together preparing your equipment but in the water some of you will be separate.

A fixed schedule airport transfer in connection to all arriving flights at Keflavik airport. The transfer between Keflavik Airport and Reykjavik Terminal takes approximately 45 minutes.
