Galatea is a splendid Turkish schooner, the only one on the island of Paros, 19m long x 5.5m wide, an elegant slab in shape and with large internal and external living spaces. Early morning equestrian landscape tour departing at 9:00 and lasting until 10:00 For those of you who are simply too busy or unable to rise early on a holiday, we provide you with a lovely early morning landscape ride to discover our Island's hidden trails and sights. With knowledgeable locals leading you through the countryside, this ride provides breathtaking views of Paroikia's scenery. The tour begins at 9:00 a.m. and lasts for 1 hour. This ride may accommodate a family with children aged six to twelve upon request. Get in touch with us if you want to reserve this for your family as a private event! Don't forget to wear closed-toe shoes and, ideally, long pants for the ride!

The tour starts from Parikia, first stop is the old town , with a walk to the Venetian castle and the the church of Agios Konstantinos and Eleni , with the amazing view to neighbouring islands. We continue by bus to the port of Pounta, where by ferry boat we cross the channel to Antiparos for a acquaintance with the island and we will tour the beautiful alleys. Returning to Paros we cross this time the south side of the island , pass through the villages of Aliki and Drios. In the afternoon we arrive in Naoussa, where we take a walk in the alleys of village .

Embark on a full-day voyage that invites exploration, from the sacred ruins of Delos to the vibrant maze of Mykonos. After transfer to Naoussa, sail at 09:30 and spend three hours uncovering temples, lions, and myths on Delos. Continue to Mykonos for about 3 hours to roam hidden lanes, seaside corners, and iconic landmarks. Depart at 17:00 and return to Paros around 18:15, completing a day of discovery.

Our cruise starts with a delicious breakfast enjoyed on board while heading towards our first destination, Panteronisia / Blue Lagoon.  Once there, we will be surrounded by shallow azure waters, impossible to come by at any accessible spot on the island. We will take our time to enjoy the mesmerizing view and our first swim, accompanied by local snacks. Mastichari cave. There, we will discover small sea caves ideal for snorkeling, while the white rocks above are suitable for daring cliff jumping. Then, we will pass by the famous cave of Epitaphios and reach the shallow waters of Despotiko island to savor a traditional Greek lunch served on board. The tour unfolds to discover 2 wineries on the eastern part of the island for a total of 8 wine tastings, 3 of which are organic. The terrain of Paros is varied in terms of rocky substrate, the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic winds play an important role in the typicality of the wines. There will be a total of 8 wine tastings accompanied by snacks such as olives, cheeses, cured meats and fresh vegetables directly from the producers' gardens. In one of the cellars there will also be a walk through the vineyards. At each stop the staff will be at your disposal for all the necessary explanations and will answer all the questions or curiosities that our guests wish to ask. The tour will take place in the splendid setting of the island of Paros between idyllic views of the sea and wonderful rows of grapes. Tour times are from 4pm to 7pm including transportation The stop in each cellar will be approximately 1 hour, the walk in the vineyard will last about 15 minutes.

We sail from Pisso Livadi either towards Naxos or South Paros by 18:00, hoisting our sails and adjusting our course according to the prevailing winds. We enjoy a scenic cruise with a welcome drink in hand. We will anchor in sheltered spots for a swim that will be followed by our superbly prepared dinner and dessert. As the sun starts to hide itself above land ahead of us, we hoist our sails again and make our way back to Pisso Livadi by dusk to make this experience unique like no other.

We sail from Pisso Livadi to the southwest by 09:30, hoisting our sails and adjusting our course according to the prevailing winds we enjoy a scenic cruise until we enter the Antiparos Strait with a welcome drink in hand while tasting baked snacks from the oven. We first anchor in Blue Lagoon. Superb turquoise waters and for the coming hours we circum- navigate South Antiparos, sneak in the Caves and anchor at Despotiko Beaches for swimming. To fulfill the appetite that sea brings in the right time we prepare and serve our delicious full lunch on deck being the complement of a unique experience followed by special dessert. Wherever wind is on our side we hoist again our sails, to experience the unique feeling of wind filling up the sails. Our last stop will be to the South of Paros where last swim in dramatic blue waters will be followed by fruit salad. Scenic tour sailing back to Pisso Livadi will conclude this superb day at sea.

Ceramic art allows us to discover our creative abilities! Contact with clay grounds us and relaxes us while at the same time creating utilitarian or decorative ceramics. By learning the techniques of ceramics in the workshop, we will be able to create any form and shape we desire! You will learn three different techniques of ceramics. The two techniques will be hand building and one on the pottery wheel. The clay, tools, paints and kiln to complete your project are free. For the both stages (biscuit-glazed) will take 8- 15 days.
