We are going to take a closer look at through a visit to the village's olive press museum. Having learnt everything about olive oil it is now time to use it! At the village of Galini where we will set out on gastronomic quest with the help of our host and teacher. The first step to making a great dish is picking out the ingredients and what ingredients would be better than the home-grown foods , vegetables and herbs found in our host's own farm. You will have the chance to see where organic products grow and have a real taste of cultivation and farming. Having assembled everything we are going to create a traditional Naxian dish from scratch!

Our next passage will be ‘Gialos’ where we can see all locals selling their products such as vegetables and fishes at their ‘pagka’(wooden boxes) as well as the statue of a Greek hero of the Greek Revolution in 1821, Manto Mavrogenous.We are going then to see the Town Hall old building. It is an elegant, classical two-storey building of 1780 with a tiled roof. Next stop will be ‘Panagia Paraportiani’ one of the most photographed churches in the world, consisting of 5 small churches .Next stop for a coffee break at world famous Little Venice.
