- FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER - Join us on an experience of a lifetime in the most beautiful wine region in the world : Saint-Emilion. Visit 2 historic Châteaux, followed by tastings of their wines. With around 900 vineyards in just Saint Émilion alone, you will have the chance to discover most of the region on our fun and easy to use ELECTRIC BIKES. You will taste a number of wines through the day to help you appreciate and understand the quality and diversity of this unique region. After building up a well earned appetite, you'll have a chance to relax and get to know your fellow explorers during a tasty prepared picnic lunch by your friendly guide. At the conclusion of the final tastings in the ancient town of Saint-Emilion we will take you on an intriguing guided tour of the UNESCO town of Saint-Emilion. We will enjoy short stops during the tour to give you the chance to capture some memorable photos before making the short trip back to Bordeaux.

Enjoy a day of relaxation and discovery, in the comfort of our premium van, all air conditioned. Your personal guide will lead you with a velvet hand to Cognac. We will have previously reserved for you a visit to the Royal Chateau of Cognac, the origin of which was built around the year 950. This place steeped in history which sheltered a number of noble families, is today the property descendants of the two citizens who acquired it in 1795. These two traders then decided to make their cellars, and headquarters of the Otard company. We will have reserved for your lunch, a restaurant, offering authentic and tasty cuisine. Your afternoon will be devoted to the visit of one of the great Cognac houses, during which you will discover all the secrets of this drink which was very appreciated by Napoleon. Your return to Bordeaux will be in the same comfort as on the outward journey.

Spend a whole day in the Saint-Emilion wine region learning about local appellations and grape varieties. Our full day wine tour will take you to the UNESCO village of St Emilion classified UNESCO world famous area we will pre-book 3 Chateau visits & tastings. We will pick you up at your hotel and introduce you to the "terroir" & wines of the region visited that day.

Depart from the city center of Bordeaux aboard a van to discover the beautiful vineyards of the Margaux appellation and their wines. You will visit a first Chateau and enjoy a tasting of 3 wines, the opportunity to understand the specificities of this appellation. During your visit of the first Chateau, you will be able to admire the vineyards as far as the eye can see and discover the different grape varieties used to produce the wines of the Margaux appellation. You will also have the opportunity to discuss with wine experts who will explain the production and winemaking techniques. Then, you will pass by the famous “Chateau Margaux”, the opportunity to take a photo before going to your second guided tour in a 5th Grand Cru classified Chateau. You can then discover the history and architecture of this iconic castle while tasting at least 3 of their wines. This small-group tour in an ideal setting will allow you to learn about the art of wine and ask your questions to our guide!

St Emilion is called the 'hillside of a 1000 châteaux' and you will get a great insight into the famous classified properties and their wines contrasted with the smaller producers here. Despite the famous names here (such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton) this atmospheric place is still dominated by small family run places (these I call the SIPs - Small Independent Producers). We will visit 2 châteaux of contrasting terroirs and styles. I am an insider here. My partner makes Grand Cru classé wine here too so this will be an additional stop. I will delight in sharing with you the key sites and the gossip! We will have time to visit the picturesque St Emilion village founded in the 9th century (if you like instead of a 3rd wine château there is an underground monolithic church organised by the Tourist office). We will visit the small neighbouring appellation of Pomerol too where the iconic Petrus is located. Lots to see, taste and great passionate people to meet in my home town!
