In this activity we are gonna be driving around La Fortuna town, visiting different spots where the sloths use to live. If we arrive to one place and we do not see any sloth, we just move to the next one, until find them. Besides the sloths, we usually find other animals such us blue jeans frogs, toucans, monkeys and more. To observe this splendid 70-meter-high waterfall, the visitor must overcome a path of approximately 530 steps, through a forest with trees native to the area, where the springs of our mountains and the waters of the Fortuna River emerge, originating in turn lush vegetation and scenic beauty. Once in front of the waterfall, you will find a large and comfortable viewpoint from which you can freeze your memories through unpublished and unique photographs, and finally you can take a refreshing swim in the crystalline waters of the Fortuna River.

Leave La Fortuna and head toward the river, passing through the charming towns of El Tanque, Los Ángeles, and La Vega. Along the way, make a stop at El Molino, where you'll have the chance to visit a local fruit stand and try some delicious and colorful seasonal fruits. Arrive at the River, a perfect spot for enjoying nature and spotting a variety of birds, insects, and reptiles. Change clothes if you wish, and receive the necessary gear and safety instructions before starting the adventure. Spend about 1 hour and 30 minutes on the river. At the end of the route, take a break to refresh and enjoy some fresh fruit. After that, rinse off and change into dry clothes if you'd like, while the equipment is packed up.
